This past summer I created a studious little character named Port City Champ. His happy purpose was to help promote a summer reading program for The Port Of Saint John and a reading program at the Saint John Public Library.
This grey seal is quite a haberdasher with his big Samuel de Champlain hat.
The above photo is of Port City Champ on the big screen. It's nice to see the cute fella in the spotlight!
